Dear Novie,
I know you're very sad now.
I'm sorry I don't know what to say or how to comfort you when you called me on the phone, crying.
I have not been in that situation.
I don't know how its feels.
But all I can say now is may she rest in peace up there,
where god is taking good care of her.
I'm sure she will always be there for you and your family.
You will see her again.
Cry, let it all out.
